Dockside Welcome
Belfast’s dedicated cruise welcome facility is staffed by Visit Belfast’s team of multi-lingual Travel Advisors and offers a range of services including free tourist information and advice, information on tours and events, free WiFi, a video wall that showcases the destination and a gift shop.
The Visit Belfast team provides tourist information at the quayside as required. Maps and brochures are available as well as a daily events listings and shuttle bus timetable information. Further information, including tickets for tours and events, can be found at the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre, the flagship information centre, located across from Belfast City Hall where additional services such as left luggage facilities are available. Opening hours are extended to accommodate the visit of a cruise ship.
